Warranty – General
For products designed, specified and manufactured by Electrum, Electrum warrants that the product is free from defects in design, material selection, and workmanship under normal and intended use, in accordance with the agreed specification.
Warranty – Contract Manufacturing
For products manufactured based on Customer-provided or Customer-specified designs, drawings, materials, or technical requirements, Electrum warrants the product solely against defects in workmanship.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The date of production is stated on the product label and is used as the reference date for warranty assessment.
To help us process your RMA request efficiently and fairly, we kindly ask you to provide the information listed below.
If some details are not available, please submit what you can — we will follow up if needed.

- Product article number and serial number (available on product sticker)
- Description of the issue
- When did the issue occur?
- Is the issue constant or intermittent? (Constant / Intermittent)
- Can the issue be reproduced? (Yes / No / Unknown)
- Photo or video of the issue (if applicable)
- Operating hours (if applicable)

Once the request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions regarding return, evaluation, or replacement.
Please note that an approval of an RMA request does not imply acceptance of warranty liability.
Warranty coverage and responsibility will be determined after inspection and evaluation of the returned product.
