The CBM8 – Universal CAN-bus keypad is a universal eight button keypad with customizable symbols and individually configurable RGB lighting for each button. The CBM8 communicates over CAN using protocols such as CANopen or J1939, customized protocols are available on request. It can be panel mounted, used as a handheld device or mounted on top of a surface with the included back cover. The module has a ambient light sensor that adjusts the light intensity automatically depending on the surrounding light condition. A discrete sound/buzz enhances the user feedback when a button is pressed. The keypad can be equipped with an additional 8 pole connector, giving you 6 additional analog inputs 0-5V (e.g. for signals from joystick).
